The Association of TeleServices International recently held its 2017 Annual Convention at Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, IL and A Better Answer is proud to announce it won the exclusive ATSI 2017 Award of Excellence – Platinum Award.

ATSI, or, the Association of TeleServices International, is the leading trade association for providers of telecommunications, call center services, and answering services. Each year, an independent panel of judges place “mystery calls” to companies participating. This is such an important award to our company because we compete with over 400 plus agencies and winning this award serves as proof for all our hard work and determination to deliver the best possible service to our clients and customers!

Every month here at A Better Answer, we celebrate one of our own by singling out a Call Handling Hero®. We’ve shared particular calls where our call handler went above and beyond what was expected. We’ve raised a glass to those who did their share to help out a caller in need. We’ve listened to empathetic and understanding operators gently handle a caller in crisis.

For the third consecutive year, all three A Better Answer Call Centers have been honored with the CAM-X Award of Excellence. This annual award is presented by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s trade association for call center services including telephone answering and message delivery. ABA was presented with the award recently at the CAM-X 50th Annual Convention and Trade Show held at the Fairmont Chateau in Laurier, Ottawa, ON.

Forty-two years ago Dee Hawkins started a multi-million dollar business in Texas. A one "gal" office with 12 customers expanded to multiple locations and her own building. With a dedicated and loyal staff, Dee operates the most award-winning call center in the U.S. and Canada.

A Better Answer has been awarded the ATSI 2014 Award of Excellence for the 16th consecutive year! Independent judges evaluated our services over a 6 month period and found our outstanding customer service was award-winning - yet again!

Each year, A Better Answer participates in what is the most prominent answering service industry competition to determine a call center's overall quality of service. Winning the ATSI Award of Excellence is the best way to show just how great our answering service is, and winning the award for all three offices is just wonderful! For 2013, our Dallas office receives the award for the 15th year in a row, our Fort Worth office for the 10th year in a row, and our Houston office for the 11th year in a row. We are so excited and proud of all our answering staff and are happy to show proof that once again we are among the top answering service businesses in the industry!
