For the second year in a row, all three A Better Answer Call Centers have won the CAM-X (Canadian Call Management Association) Award of Excellence.
CAM-X is the industry's trade association for providers of call center services and now encompasses companies across North America. ABA was presented with the award at the CAM-X 49th annual convention and trade show held at the Fairmont Southampton, Bermuda.
Independent judges are contracted by CAM-X to evaluate message services throughout North America over a six month period. The criteria for scoring include courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients. If the company scores 80% or better in ALL categories, they are presented with the coveted Award of Excellence. The program is now in its 24th year.
Not only are our offices in Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth recipients of the award for two years running, our Dallas office is ranked within the Top Ten answering services for their scores!
