Our January Call Handling Hero® Pam handled a difficult and urgent situation with a cool head and resourceful actions. Her caller was a staff doctor's sibling, and the staff doctor worked with one of our clients. A series of unfortunate events made urgent outreach Pam's only option.

Sometimes you just have to make the call, and December's Call Handling Hero® Lindsey went the extra mile to make that call for a patient in pain without a prescription refill, even though the doctor's office was closed on the weekend.

Our November Call Handling Hero® Pam from our Houston office showed how seemingly unimportant details are actually quite the opposite. For this particular account, electronic responses usually include identifiers to assist dispatchers in delivering any pending messages. But, on this day, she noticed that the responses were oddly formatted. 

Hurricane season is upon us. Last year we had Harvey down in Houston, and this year Florence is here. Every year it’s important to stay safe if you live in the coastal cities that could be in the path of a hurricane.
