A Better Answer Blog

December 19th, 2025, Vicki Young-Ferreira, my sales manager, has retired. We are all so sad to say goodbye so we are all wishing her our best and fondest “fare thee well” and thank her for 2 months short of completing 44 years with A Better Answer.

Vicki came to us as her first full time job when she was a teenager. Vicki started as a telephone service representative and worked her way all the way around the company finally settling on what she loved best, sales. Vicki has seen every equipment upgrade, vendor change and digital technology improvements any answering service or call center could possibly endure.

Besides that, Vicki has moved with us every time we changed locations until we finally bought our own building. Vicki traveled to all our offices and has sold nearly every single customer we answer for. 

We will all miss Vicki, her smiles and laughter. Her retirement luncheon was at Antique Land, our favorite restaurant for so many years. We all shared our most memorable stories, our love and joy. We laughed, cried but we will make more memories. We are all an extended family so she will not retire and be lonely.

We wish Vicki so much happiness visiting her children and grandchildren more. We will miss you Vic, but we know how happy 2026 and future years will be for you. God bless you always.
