We just celebrated and ended a wonderful party for Brenda Barton -  which was both sweet and sour. Sour because we are saying goodbye to a wonderful woman. Sweet because we wish her many, many, happy years enjoying the fruits of all her years with us and ABA.

Celebrating an Amazing Person

Throughout all these years, Brenda has given her all. We moved our Fort Worth office three times and completely changed equipment a couple of times with endless upgrades along the way. When Brenda started, she began as one of our wonderful Telephone Service Representatives, working various shifts and eventually with her many skills, grew into the position of Queen of Collections.

You have to love your job when you recruit family members, and Brenda steered multiple members of her family to ABA. During all these years, Brenda has always been loyal, very capable and is truly loved not only by her co-workers but so many of our customers as well.

We know everyone will miss Brenda and her fabulous sense of humor and sarcasm. It’s nearly impossible not to chuckle at her very special way of describing nearly everything. As with every stressful job, humor is what allows us all to get through the tough times.

Thanks, Brenda for making it easier for all of us.

We wish you Godspeed in your retirement and hopefully, you will get to do absolutely everything you looked forward to throughout these last few years. You leave a big hole in our hearts.  We will miss you and think of you often.
