Angel’s quick thinking helped, not only a lost driver but saved our client a possible delivery delay that could have impacted their business.
As is common with logistics companies where drivers, unfamiliar with the area often need directions, this particular caller had an added obstacle – a driver with a language barrier that he, in turn, would need to translate for the driver. Due to the time and delay, that grew with every minute, this caller had an emergency. Following protocol, Angel gathered the caller’s information and promptly relayed our client and was able to patch these two together.
Angel’s “out of the box” thinking saved our client time and effort and, according to our client, being able to “patch him thru” was GREAT!
