Sandra took a call concerning an overdue delivery. It had been ordered before the cut off time for Christmas delivery and on January 20th the items still had not reached the caller. Understandably the caller was very upset. Sandra took the caller's information and, in trying to resolve the situation, contacted the client. Sure enough, the client was very familiar with the situation and appreciated the extra step Sandra took to get the caller connected. Sandra stepped up and worked with the client to get their customer the wonderful service expected of ABA. Congratulations Sandra!
