ABA Wins 2012 ATSI Award of Excellence for All Three Offices

It's been a GREAT week at A Better Answer!

All three offices have won the ATSI Award of Excellence. While many answering services and call centers may give good service as a whole, this award is to recognize the best of the best. An answering service must score at least 80% to even qualify for the award, and with more and more participants each year and stricter and stricter rules and judging, winning the award is absolutely a badge of honor for any call center.

And A Better Answer is making a track record for winning! We've won this award multiple times for each office, this year:

  • A Better Answer of Dallas wins the ATSI Award 14 years in a row
  • A Better Answer of Fort Worth wins the ATSI Award 9 years in a row
  • A Better Answer of Houston wins the ATSI Award 10 years in a row

ATSI, or, the Association of TeleServices International, is the leading trade association for providers of telecommunications, call center services, and answering services. Each year, an independent panel of judges place "mystery calls" to companies participating. Call centers are judged on how long it takes to answer the phone (ring count), how long they are placed on hold (hold time), how the call is answered, how well the telephone service representative, or TSR, handles the call, politeness, genuineness, and many more factors. 

This is such an important award to our company because we compete with over 400 plus agencies and winning this award serves as proof for all our hard work and determination to deliver the best possible service to our clients and customers!
