At ABA we love to brag about our wonderful Telephone Service Representatives (TSRs)! We always recognize our TSRs for a job well done, and now we want everyone to know through our new ABA Spotlight!

In this week's ABA Spotlight, we want to recognize Martha C! She received the highest number of SHOUT!'s in our SHOUT! Contest for the year with 61!

So what is a SHOUT!? In short, it is when the caller pauses and takes the time to really comment and commend our TSRs about the level of service received. Maybe they hear that extra zing and smile in our voices or because someone goes above and beyond to help the caller with their needs. It lets us know that we are succeeding in bringing our clients and customers the best service possible and that the extra effort our TSRs put forth does not go unnoticed.

Martha has been with ABA since 2008 and has always been in the lead for SHOUT!s since her arrival. Manager Debbie says "She is always happy to help anytime, our 'Chatty Kathy'. She will research and train on any account and dig in whether asked to or not! Helpful in a personal manner to all operators also. She always has a smile in her voice!"

Way to go, Martha! you absolutely belong in the Spotlight!
