A Better Answer Blog

A Better Answer has been our Answering Service for quite a few years and with us being a church, we have a lot of phone messages of various kinds, with special needs and a spiritual nature. The calls can often come along with many details and different emotional ties to them. You really never know how detailed it might get, and their accuracy is highly important in relaying the messages to us.

I depend on them a great deal in lots of ways, being the Secretary. They have tried to adhere to all the requests I or we have made to make our receiving messages clearly. They have been very sensitive to the need of me being able to hear their messages clearly, as I have a hearing disability, and they are kind in every way. Although they are professional, they are personable as well and I often feel that when communicating with them, they make our experience with them positive and friendly. We recommend them highly.
